Wednesday Weekly Classes
Are you wanting to stretch, strengthen and relax during your pregnancy?
Prenatal yoga classes are open to all expecting Mamas, whether they are brand new, or are experienced Yoginis.
This class will teach you breathing techniques to assist with labor, movement for opening, preparing, and strengthening the body, and also offers a deep relaxation at the end of class with sound healing.
Classes provide opportunities to connect with other expecting mothers and time for connection with Baby as well.
